My airfield is 65KM from home and 75 KM from work which makes it 140km travel to go flying. I am certainly going to feel the pinch, I am at the hanger at least 4 to 5 days a week, some weeks 7 days if the wx is good. - 560 km to 980 km travelled per week to fly. Seriously though, the cost of fuel must be having an effect. Lets face it - recreation and hobbies is always the first to suffer from tighter belts.
