Thank you Morph I'll take you up on your offer if I can't make the one work that I got from Boet. But if possible I would like first option on it for the time being.
I'm not sure if my setup will work, but the fact that the exhaust is only clearing the fire wall and the pull starter with only 2 cm is a bit conserning.

Don't want to Hijack the Thread but i do want to just say Morph and Boet have helped me out with my project beyond any level of common courtesy so Morph and Boet thankyou very much for all the Advice and help thus far.

Benna, your BB looks like a lady wearing HUGELY oversize panties. I will post some "HOW TO`S" on this, so everyone will come away a bit wiser. :D
Remember: It is NOT ONLY how much COOL air you can get in at the top, even more important to get rid of the HOT air underneath. That is why you have to make and fit a VENTURI in the bottom lip of the cowling, so that the forward speed of the a/c will cause suction underneath the cowl, therby sucking even more hot air out. Observe, learn from it.
