A friend of mine started his PPL, and on 9 hrs all kinda sh!t hit the fan at the flight school. He is continuing now, but for his own reasons, with his MPL on an Thunderbird that he just bought.
My question - leaving the theory, exams, and conversions etc. out of the equation - what is being taught the extra 15 hrs for PPL ?
I understand a 3 hr cross country are to be done for PPL, but on the same aerie, say a Thunderbird or Bushbaby or whatever, what is being let out of the sillabus for MPL, or if I can refrase, why the extra hrs for PPL ?
Just curious ?
