Flys to within 1.5 to 2 km of the airfield, guys in the tower see him.
No radio calls or responce when tower tries to contact him.

Port Alfred's GF has been increased all the way up to the N2 just outside Grahamstown now for the northern sectors.
This guy's takeoff point doesn't fall within the GF, it falls within the ATA which is 5 nautical miles around the airfield.
