I would love to move home but have too much do to do here still. Maybe one day in the future.....
The mode C will be on my Christmas wish list for next year, right now im just getting over the cost of the makeover. The parts are in $$ - luckily I paid for them just before the $ went too far south. I believe that you have sold your aerie??? what are you going to fly - dont tell me you are giving up. say it aint so.....

It be true. For the first time in 15 years I am wingless. Definitely not giving up - I just dont know where I want to be. TCA on your own is just too expensive - so may look at some syndication - an option on a 3 person syndicate in a brand new RV7 is coming up, also a syndicate in a C140. If I go the C140 route - will have some funds that I can buy a good trike again. In short - I am in betwixt and between  , but getting grumpier by the day. (Although I now owe nothing on the house or car - you cannot fly a house - but you can live in a hangar  )

You must check out the Pioneer 200 !!!! will come in at the R500 mark and is a fantastic aerie. The guys who have flown it rave about the flying characteristics. Go online to www.alpi.com (I think) or call Dale de Klerk for mor info.
