Centrifugal force in pure Physics does not exist, however this does not apply to Taxi drivers..

Stephan, the rule originates from old shipping laws and was adopted in aviation.
If an approaching aircraft is encountered, you stick right. Right is right of way.
If flying down the Natal coast from North to south and aircraft aproaches you head-on, you will keep right of him. The approaching aircraft will in turn have to pass right of you. Thus no comms would be needed, nor "should" you have to worry of his intentioens, ... if he knows the right is right law.
