Re: My Kitfox7 SS Project
I built my own Bush Baby Explorer, which I suppose is very similar to this aircraft. It would be great to compare the differences while you are building. So far except for that suspension, it looks remarkably similar.

At half the priceGoose wrote:Yes the BB is ALMOST a Kitfox

Actually the Kitfox and the Bush Baby are derivatives of the Avid flier. Further development of both models occured completely independently
have fun

And I suppose Avid Flyer is derivative of TailorAircraft.
After Edit :

Re: My Kitfox7 SS Project
Can't find anything on Tailor Aircraft. I can on Taylor Aircraft, which was started in 1929 and became Piper, so if that is the case then yes they are all derived from these planes, especially in the sense of metal frame and fabric constructionMYR wrote:And I suppose Avid Flyer is derivative of TailorAircraft.
The first Avid Flyer was built in the early 80's but only named Avid in 1989 (http://www.avidflyeraircraft.com/avid.php)
Anyway, let's not detract from this beautiful aircraft's build
