Hello Moderators, as you can see below there are also people at microlighters who are going off topic sometimes and most of the other ML's are enjoying it as well as you can see at the postings, its not only new bee's who post on the treats also the well known (respected) guys

So could we add in Hanger talk an chapter off topic

Ideas or in support just post YES WE CAN

We have a load of forums and Hangar Talk is well the general one for hangar talk We discuss car problems and the game results in the hangar - so Hangar talk is adequate.

You can talk about anything else you like. We would like it to have an aviation slant as this is the primary function of the site but other matters of interest are also acceptable.

Sports, cars, bikes, boats, lekker holidays, your kids, boozeups, etc are all cool

All of these can be discussed under Hangar Talk

yeah - the problem is USM (uncle spud) talks so much rubbish at the best of times we need to give him his own Forum?? ha ha... silly pom - My 2c is that all the General stuff goes into hangar talk. Its really the only forum that i browse unless ( and i hate to) I go to accidents and incidents... Hangar talk rules

Uncle Spud and I had a lekka chat on the phone earlier today and although he did sound a little down, I am sure he will acclimatise quickly.
Mozzies and heat and AA could be quite a shock to the system. He is getting a wild card - whooopeee, now everyone can stop suggesting he should.

I suggested he should find someone to take him for a flight or begin his training ASAP, best medicine in the world!
