Think you meant 47,819MB?

What is the bank balance looking like? Seriously, is the added speed really worth the cost of keeping in SA? You could host this site for about one tenth of that if offshore.

Must we click on the ads, or is the revenue the same irrespective of the hits it gets ?

With regards the international bandwidth - aren't the google ads pulled across those links anyhow? So each page containing ads (which is just about every one) already at the mercy of that bandwidth.

More concerning, with contributions towards the hosting from the member pot, at my best guess around R3k per month - is this current model sustainable. How many month's costs do you have in reserve? At best guess again - it probably wont die tomorrow - but may definitely have a slow puncture

Yeah - I know - Goggles, flying suit, Hangar Door ! vhpy

The google ads are downloaded from local google servers, that is why they populate so fast. And they are hosted on high capacity servers with mega BW to serve quick. We don't pay the bandwidth for the ads - you download them on your client PC.
