Boet that looks great. Sean was just here looking at the bosvark and we were talking about the importance of the whole LSA movement and he in his dry humour said
" and what the rest of the world doesn't know is that LSA stands for Loeriesfontein Sport Aviation

So the rest of the world please take notice!!!

Just a few interesting facts for the Saturday afternoon.

Cheers Oupa-G

 Sorry guys, for being a bit low key. We are busy with the assembly of the next two Safaris, and we are VERY busy. I am switching over to ADSL later this week, so will be off the air. See you!

Had a heavy fall early this morning. My crocs slipped on the wet stoep. RH knee is dos moeroes. right now I could do with some more painkiller. (And NO, I do not use alcohol. Not even some klippies) The lads will have to do without me for a couple of days it seems. More than enough work to keep them out of mischief.

Boet
Now you will have some time to test your ADSL.
All the best. At least you have two very capable workers to back you up.
Sit back and relax and all will be well before you know it.

Cheers

Eina Boet,

I damaged my left knee 4 years ago and being a MAN sommer just ignored the doc's advice to take it easy and carried on as normal as possible. Beeeeg mistake.

So take a couple of WEEKS of and give the knee time to heal properly.

Sterkte and get better soon,

Gunter Rostek.

Boet / Oupa-G

I have been following this project for a while and also cannot wait to see the end results. I am in the market for a new toy and would like to know the final cost of this Safari with the BMW motor etc. I would also need it in fly-away format as I am mechanically and technically chalenged. I can change a light bulb but that is about it.
Let me know the cost so I can check it against my budget. We all know that the final cost is always above budget but its worth a shot

Thanks
Piet Meyer

Dear pietmeyer,

The final cost is dificult to say as yet . I built and went into this project without a budget and for instance I am putting in afull Voyager with all the bells and whistlles and actually allyou need is an ASI and a turn and slip ball so when it is flying I will ad all the sums confer with Boet because in this project we have been scratching each others backs just to get the whole concept airborne and in the end if a person wants an of the shelf project then the #'s differ. It takes a lot of energy to do the first of a kind the follow-up will be easier. Many hours are spend in thinking what to put where how to make a bracket for instance the new cowl was a big job and so we can go on .
All the new brackets for fuel pumps oil cooler just to name a few. Luckily Vliegvark is doing everything on Autocad and then the follow-up will be easy. But measuring the panel the angles switch positions and then it must not interfere with the structural pipes. Once all is finished the foto's will be flowing again.
Boet get well
