African Skies - I've been having it!

Postby Gyronaut » Thu Sep 25, 2008 1:11 pm

As one who has bitched in the past about not getting the African Skies magazine as promised, I am happy to announce that I received issue 1, 2008 in the mail today.

Nice job Trixie! Lots of interesting reading and nice to see the guys put their microlighters nicnames after their names!

Thanks

Len

 No, I am being serious Gr8-Dad

It beats a poke in the eye with a sharp stick or nothing at all, which is what I have had until now.

Nice mag and I think we should assist and encourage them rather than moer them all the time. Can't be easy because we dont exactly swamp them with material.

Rgds

Hoe moeilik kan dit nou wees? 1uur 18minute volgens my berekening en ek moet juis bietjie uitvlieg om my nuwe Optifuel te toets een of ander tyd.
Weer lyk ook baie meer belowend deesdae. Wanneer is jy gewoonlik daar?

Got the mag also! Nice work and lots of contributions from the non-certified/microlight community - I think every one should support it. It indicates how strong the sport currently is and makes the blik-aerie brigade stand up and take notice!
