(Was) Sycamore CXL Share for Sale

Postby old no 7 » Mon Sep 22, 2008 5:03 pm

I know of another Sycamore at Rhino that's been standing for so long it's grown roots in the hangar. ## ##

This Sycamore was standing there due to an unresolved estate, and has now been sold out of the estate. I do not know who you are but I am willing to take you on any time any day with my Sycamore and let us see who has the most fun out there. The poorer the weather the better. So bring it on!

Hey guys relax - the jokes on me. Old no.7 and me visited places together, with his MT and my Sycamore, but for the last two weeks I couldn't get to the airfield, and he is a flyfanatic (-) - done about 100 hrs in the last 6 months - so he has been nagging me to join him to various fly-inns which I couldn't make.

Glen is a good oke, but gets stressed if he doesn't fly - then he takes it out on all the gyros standing around not flying.

Old "Weedy" had his Sycamore down at Numbi this last weekend.
Had a 2 Hr flight around the Blyde, Sabi, God's Window area with Demon and Beetlejuice (GT450's), Weedy (Sycamore Gyro) and I was in Cheetah 912s. I was very impressed with the gyro...initially thought it would lag behind in the speed side.... was pleasantly surprised that he was next to us all the whole way with no effort at all...

We all had a great flight.

Hey Leon, Thanks for coming to my rescue. Thought I was going to get moered there for no reason. By the way, it's now 120 hours in the last 4 months since getting my licence 1 June. :)
My plane is in for its 200 hour service this week. (took delivery 22 Feb)

If it's coffee at Aeroden that's going to get you back in the air, then I'll join you, but will I be safe? s068

Hey Claude (Weedy),
I know you invited me to Numbi, but it clashed with Mafikeng Airshow.
And Thatchman, I'm not bang of Trikes, on the contrary, I've extended several invites for you guys to join me on an outing to my strip(s) and camping at Groot Marico, see invite: viewtopic.php?f=5&t=8498
but it seems that you trike okes don't want to mixit with us gyronuts.
I will fly with whoever and whatever as long as I can fly.(maybe I'm a vlieg-slet)
I've arranged with Mafikeng parachute Club that we can use their facilities again next year, so I'm defenitely organising a similar trip to next year's Mafikeng show. So you guys have a year to think of an excuse for not going  ##
In fact I can't wait that long so will organise another less formal trip to Groot Marico and surrounds before that. Let's see if you trike okes are zenophobic
