Hey All,
For the last few months I have been watching a program on Nat Geographic called Air Crash Investigation. !!!!
They take you back to soem of the worst airliner accidents and replay it all to find out what went wrong!
If you're intereseted check out yout "Dish" magazine!
Really great stuff!

BUT also some very senior pilots make stupid mistakes when under pressure, allthough it is dramatised.

The horrible thing was it ended with the Ex-ATC being murderedby one of the fathers! :cry: (Niot violent scene!)

My wife and I are flying (Emirates) to UK (Hi uncle Spud!) via Dubai (Hi Grostek!) this Saturday to visit daughter.
Softness stays FAR away from TV when I watch :!: :)

I found the most interesting one to be the one where the BA plane was flying between somewhere and AUS??? They Literally got sandblasted to hell flying through volcano dust 100 miles from the volcano and at altitide - restarted engines a few times - was just a very interesting scenario...
