Gents this is a very nice aerie to fly and I have flown her on many occasion I can also confirm that the stall is a true 38 mph, don't ask................. I fly my Koala on my PPL and there is no probs, I have been doing so the last couple of years. There is also instructors in the Gauteng area.

The majority of the Koalas in South Africa were built under license to Fisher Flying Products by Sport Aviation Products, originally at Empangeni in Kwazulu Natal then later at the Jack Taylor Airfield, Krugersdorp.This aircraft is a geodetic design, manufactured from wood and fabric (Ceconite).

Yes Bad Nav, fitting the airbags isnt the problem, its getting him into the polane that is the issue.... he gets to the front of the plane during preflight, and just never make it past cheking the prop, he pulls it licks it and shoves it first left then right then up and then down and then he says, "sh!t is too dark to fly now OK OK hes not that bad, he did say hell fly with me again but he now knows what it means to fly with someone more insane thane him
