Neville I believe there is why do you not pop around to the airfield and speak to the folks who build the Whisper Glider I am sure they will ba able to point you in the right direction.

None down there as far as I know. Closest on the Eastern Side of J-Bay would be Grahamstown - that is if you are referring to Microlights. Our PE based instructor away on extended leave in France and has some admin work to do when he gets back to get his school going again.

That is the person who is away on 'Romantic' leave in France. Not 100% sure when he gets back.
