BRS RE-PACK QUESTION

Can anybody advise if it is possible to get a BRS 5 - 1050 re packed locally.
Really expensive to send to USA and hoping that somebody out there will have knowledge of someone licensed and competent to do it here in SA

Apparently the balistic rocket is the problem as there are all types of legislation around them :|
