I made my own, column for date, work done, hours spent...

I categorised the hours to build, or logistics (like building the completed parts storage area)

Added a few pics for my own reference.

Was accepted by AP & CAA.

I use the A5 size aircraft logbook for NTCA. The rear section has the builder's logbook in it. They are available from Louis v Wyk at Finsantekraal
