My camera mount is of the type that screws onto a window and hence the 'jaws' cannot open far enough to directly mount onto the bar. I thus fastened a pice of aluminium angle iron (50X50) onto the bar using the same method as used to faster the training bars. The camera mount can now easily be fastened/removed in a few seconds. The cable ties are used as an extra 'insurance' in case some vibration might loosen the tightening screw........
