Help with Authority to fly..please

It’s that time of year again for the renewal of my authority to fly, and I was wondering who has been through this recently and has all the information for the CAA, I cant get hold of anyone there.
If anyone can help me with the following, it will be greatly appreciated
The contact person (I think Sandra no longer does it??) on the web site it say Dean Khumalo?
The fax number where I can fax my forms through
How much must I deposit, is it still R100 for a trike?
The banking details for the CAA

Thanks for the Advice. I have given Colette all my stuff, now I wait and see for the Authority to fly to arrive. It was alot easier than trying to deal with the CAA. - Grumpy to answer your question - yes.
