Kitty Hawk

They also served a good burger, but compared to Rhino Park, it needs some improvement. This is an excellent and scenic venue with a suburb club house; however, their hospitality leaves a lot to be desired.

Assessment
 Actual size of burger: 7
 Burger presentation: 8
 Burger taste: 6
 Aviation atmosphere at the venue: 8
 Scenery surrounding venue: 8
 Venue neatness & cleanliness: 8
 People friendliness: 5
 Price: 7

Well done guys. As I was lining up for take off at Rhino on Sat morning, I heard many trikes inbound. I took off and as I turned to Petit I called a trike calling finals and asked if they were perhaps landing to test the burgers at Rhino. The answer was, "Yebo, yes"!!! Fantastic spirit

On a mission like this, do you each have a burger at each place, or do you share the workload, and 1/2 have the burger at one place and the other 1/2 a burger at the next place :?:

No wonder there is always a shortage of food when this gang have descended on a place, like a swarm of burger eating locusts vhpy  s117

I know I know Stellenbosch is not part of Gauteng. But I had to include this burger. Especially at only R17.50 from the Stellenbosch Flying Club taken last Sunday. By the way the price was the same in November and the quality absolutely consistent!(I added the tomato sauce) .vhpy vhpy

Actually, we are trying to convince the little lady from Delta 200, who does make a mean breakfast, to open a kitchen in our clubhouse as well. Will keep you posted
