HI, Im thinking of changing instructors,can any 3 axis instructor learn a student on any 3 axis plane (Im flying a Quicksilver mxII) and wants training closer to home,Tarlton.Krugersdorp.Wesrand area?

As far as I understand

They have to be rated on the Quicksilver. This should not be too much of a problem if they are not, They will just need to do a conversion themselves onto it.
