Holiday adventure, who wants to join ?

Postby Rudix » Mon Dec 03, 2007 7:40 pm

I think it is time for a flying adventure again ! :D

The plan is to do a 3-5 day flying trip sometime the next few weeks, I have not decided on destinations or dates yet but there are a few options. Heading to the KZN coast is an option, maybe flying up to St Lucia and then back via the Swaziland border ? Or maybe North/South or West ?

Would anyone be interested in joining ? The route is open to discussion as is the daily leg distance, maybe shorter legs with lots of sight seeing ? As I am interested in a low/slow trip enjoying our stunning country there is no need for a fast plane. My trip would start from Rhino but other planes could join along the way.

Please let me know if you are interested !

Fly safe,
Rudi

Hi Uncle Demon !

Thanks, I will keep that in mind  I will plot a trip in that direction to see what can be included. I think the planning of a trip (and looking at maps) is a major part of the fun for me !

Yip TK,

Now I am completely freaked out and my mate Rudix knows it... Methinks he is rubbing it in somewhat..

Time off is the least of my worries - i have three weeks leave!!!

I have a Plane .... If anybody wants to fly it with me, we can go !!!! I just cant fly it myself.. (no flipping license yet)

OKay - So heres a thought. Any qualified Challenger pilots keen to do this trip?? Will take my plane,??

Pack light though.. Not much room

This is the kind of thing I got my licence for, sadly with things at the moment I will not be owning a plane for a while.

Looks like I will be packing my flight suit and helmet away.
