Awesome day. Logged 3.4hrs flying. Almost downed Demon a couple times

LEKKA!. Can't wait to be based out at Harties and do this every flyday. Small little problem of no wings, but am sure by then there will be a gap in toybox for a trikjie....

Why was nobody up yesterday

At stages was doing 160+kts at idle and bouncing at 2.5 and -1g's in turbulence . But once I got to Harties sunshine and beautiful flying WX....

After departure out of FAJS we got drilled by lightning. Straight into the radome. Couldn't see nothing for the next couple of seconds.

Just finished building another pool in Midrand and was laying the paved surrounds this morning when he flies overhead. Low. Doesn't wave, doesn't shake the wing, doesn't even shout! He just heads off in the direction of Lonehill.
Next time try to stay a little further away from Grand Central's circuit pattern airspace. The big bliks will get you!

Reduce speed to 50 knots, increase wing surface area to 17 sqm and take overall mass down to 250 Kg – ala the trike flying days ahead of you.

I may not be able to make it. Seems next week is double booked for launch of the stcik 3 axis microlight flying school, so it needs to be this friday before all the wannabee pieloots go to da Beach...
