Afternoon.
I can vouch for tannie Trix’s offer; hand delivered my mag to me this morning. Haven’t had a chance to read it yet.

Gert, revelation------------------------- tannie Trix actually drives a car and not a broom !!!

Thanks for the service Trix.
Kind regards.
Graham.

Never said she did. So did she tell you anything about the other 4 issues due out in 2007?

Yes, Gert, she did... and yes, they will be. And if everything goes according to plan there will be 11 issues of African Skies next year. :D

 Cobra, I know it is ambitious and I know it's going to take a lot of hard work, but with enthusiasm, dedication and full-on commitment it can be done. -0<

joel wrote:Hmmm, strange. I asked my friend Karl in Winterton to take a subscription for me and bring the mag with him if he comes to Belgium every two months. The price to ship the mag was as high as the subscription itself. Thats why we did it that way.
He paid and never got any magazines.
I complained via e-mail but we still never ever got any magazines.
So I only have the first issue which I found great but....
Anyway we dropped the case because its not worth the time but find it iritating anyway.

^^.^ MISASA should step in to solve this  and give answers as to put this matter to rest.
Joel - I feel I must respond to this statement. I have just phoned Mr Karl Huyberechts in Winterton. He has undertaken to email you to correct you on this matter as he is not aware of your misconception.
He confirmed that he has received all the magazines to date, including the latest one. There was only one issue of 2006 which I had to repost at the time due to it having gone missing in the post - and yes, it was reposted the very same day he enquired about it.
I personally handle every aspect of the magazine, and all postings, courier despatches and hand deliveries are entered against the subscriber details.
If anyone has a query, please contact me as it is easy to check and sort out.

"Glossy Mag"

Postby Cacofonix » Fri Oct 05, 2007 7:29 pm

Glad to see you onboard scribbles :D :D :D I share my new "Glossy Mag" I have it on the coffee table for all to see. It's not only the mag but all my customers are showing an interest into microlighting. It has created an awareness of this awesome recreational sport. Well done (^^) Good luck with the next issue =D*

Hi Scribbles,

I called Karl and he says he received 2 issues. He also confirmed that you called him to ask if he received the last issue. My apologies for my remarks on outdated information. I should have checked the current info with him before posting my comments.
Thanks for checking with Karl personally. That is a very positive sign.
Karl also confirms that he finds it a very good magazine. The issues will be brought to Belgium next month.
Regards,
Joel
