Icarus will make one for you, or you can get ready made from Aviation engines. Price will range between R1000 and R2500. Some guys wear freezer suites which are about R250.
I bought from Aviation engines and are very happy.

Choice on spend is yours.

If you don't mind blowing up like an 'Oros ' mannetjie, contact your nearest overall / safety shop.

Why bother with a flight suit? With weather like today it's shorts, t-shirt and slops. Viva summer!

Winter perhaps, esp for pax, but not for summer.

See the following website.
You can even design the suit on the site with matching colours etc etc.
Take one with a "fleece" inner and breast pocket. Very handy.

We all fly with this down here and no problems.

Just bought a "freezer suit" for my softness which they modify for flight suit eg they add straps for bottom of legs and wrist bands, take off the hood.. And im very impressed.

Dont expect fancy colours etc etc.... but other than that its exactly the same and actually warmer than a normal flight suit and looks good. Material is the same.

Cost: R320.00 for a small. Large probably around R400.00 so cost wise its no comparison to 1000.00. But like i said no fancy stripes down the side just plain black or navy but absolutely nothing wrong with it. If i ever had to repalce mine i would buy the same.

Contact Sheela at 0366347534 :D

Oh yes maybe tell them not to put the elastic band around the back of the suit for the gents.
