Do you know if there is a simulator available, and where to find it on here?
We have the Anigma at the moment + will prob. be upgrading as well, the bigger screen for the older eyes will work well

Yip, more versatile than the enigma, but I think the application will be different. The enigma will stay. Rainier said that they should be available from middel next month. Also very well priced.

What do you mean by well priced KFA... I have no idea what they cost.

Slabfish we must talk, I will take your "old" Enigma off your hands for you when you upgrade  Seriously though, how much did you pay for the Enigma and what do you need to make it work on a trike?

Ok Cali,i have a partner in our Jora who did the building and installations.I will talk to him and as soon as we are ready we will make contact with you.I dont know prices or even what we paid as i was not involved in the building process. In my opinion it is a nice machine, you wont have to buy a gps either, its the way of the future

Looks cool.. How long till you can fly her?

Can you or anybody else give me an idea on what the Enigma would cost?

Rainier says the Odyssey is probably to big for a trike, but perfect for a Jora. Hint hint Slabfish

The Enigma and its components (fuel sender unit, AoA unit, etc) cost me approx R20 000. An exellent price if you consider what functionality you are getting in the unit. The Garmin 496 is already at R15 000. The Enigma is really a beauty, the screens fully customisable, and Rainier updates the software on a monthy basis, adding more functionality at no cost. :D

Cali, if the Odyssey is too large for your trike, here is a bit of info for you:

Rainier wrote this on the stratomaster user group forum:

"We have another one in the making (it's mentioned here and there on
the website). It's called the Voyager and is in effect a smaller
version of Odyssey with a 8" screen (Odyssey has a 10.4"). Voyager is
perfect for those panels that are just too small for the Odyssey
(like the panel in my own Jora).
No fixed time frame on Voyager but I'm gunning for end of this year
perhaps."

and

"I know Enigma does a lot. But I also know "you
ain't seen nothin' yet...".There are still big things in the making
for the whole range. It's fun when things come together..."

Cali, my Thunderbird should be ready by the end of the year. It is busy being constructed by Davies Aircraft Corporation at Crosswinds.
