Fire, perils and trailer insurance

I've just bought insurance for my trike with Recreation Wings, underwritten by Alexander Forbes. R100 000 cover for loss or damage caused by fire and extended perils (lightning, explosion, storm, flood, earthquake, wind, water, hail or snow) and includes riot, strike, malicious damage and vandalism whilst the aircraft is in a fully enclosed hangar at its home airfield.

Also includes away extension whilst standing outside away from home airfield and road transportation (fire, collision, overturning and hijack).

All for R 525.00 per year

what ???? thats brilliant. any ideas whether they would do 3 axis, and the number listed is a cape number although im sure they would go countrywide???

I called around for a similar type of insurance (not trailer) for my challenger... and the numbers were scary... the lowest amount was about 580 per month...

R 2500 excess, remember it is only hangar (fire, storm, etc) and away cover outside hangar and trailering.
