What is the main dif between a 2 blade and a 3 blade prop???

Vibration and performance.

2 blade - most efficient, best performance but with vibration

3 blade - lower performance, smoother operation. Expect about a 3% to 5% degradation in performance

4 - blade even smoother, lower performer

etc etc etc

In fact the most efficient prop would be a single blader but you would have to counterweight it or it will create huge problems on bearings etc.

The more blades you have the higher the drag in engine out situations.
