Has anyone attempted to fly an aerie on a goldwing motor?

I see there are some flying in the USA

NO. By the time you have it up and running, and all the shit sorted out, you will have so much invested, you might just as well have bought a new 912 in the first place.

That's why i was hoping some rich bugger tried it first.

I don't mind learning from my mistakes

but it is sooooooooo much cheaper learning from someone elses.

The Honda Goldwing, aka, 'a block of flats', aka Honda Ballade, aka 'the Bus' weighs 375Kg dry and I guarantee you most of that is the monstrous motor and gearbox and for that cubic capacity of 1800 cc's you are only getting 104 HP. Rather go the BMW 1200GS engine route
