Well your exhaust gas temps can reach 650 deg C

There is a guy here in CT who has a powder coating business. He also does aluminium coating to the exhausts, gives it a mat silver colour and is completely rust proof.

About that, the spray works fine, BUT Bake it in properly as the instructions on the back say or else, some parts will be black and others, grey black as those parts have "cooked" too fast

I bought some in the USA on my last trip. Goes up to 1500F (815C) Works well but like DF says, bake it well.

Tried them all - and only thing that really works is the alumunim coating. Am yet to see a single exhaust rust with that coating on it.

Can't recall all the names I tried. Just after spending bucks on about 5 different products and the time/effort wasted , decided rather to go the proven route of ally coating.

The only other method that I saw that worked, was an enamel baked exhaust.
