It does also beg a question as to how a 3rd party is able to get it processed quicker than an individual. Are they receiving preferential treatment?
Simple. Efficiency. How long does it take CAA to collect, open the mail and distribute to various depts?. Obviously longer than a trip from Centurion to Midrand.

They also know exacly what forms / photos are required, saving standing in the queue behind a bussfull of 'koffie moffies' before been sent back to the next row.

If sending a 'hottie' adds to the efficiency criteria, why not?

I would be happy to MISASA the same fee if they offered the service.

I have used Collette and the service has always been great. Sure it costs alittle more but less than an airticket up to JHB to do it in person. She has seen a gap and exploited it - free economy, which is great. You don't have to use her and go it alone but for me my time is more valuable than fighting with CAA.
