Lawyer who is a pilot needed for advice
Is it not possible to arrange for some of the proceeds of an airshow or airshows to be made available to the owner of the aircraft which was destroyed as a result of the crash to attempt to partially re-imburse him for the shortfall, whilst not placing an additional burden on the already traumatised family? Come on,this matter is unlikely to just disappear.I`m not implying anything, nor am I taking sides.I am hoping for some of you bright and resourceful people ,who know the parties involved to come up with a way of re-imbursing(to some extent)the owner of the aircraft(without going into details of what both parties should have done beforehand in terms of insurance, because that`s water under the bridge and is counter-productive).Otherwise organise some event or events to raise funds.Litigation is an expensive exercise!! And it might not be in either party`s interest to litigate,if the matter could be settled by calm and reasonable negotation.
