I herd today that should you take someone for a flip on your microlight that you not allowed to ask any kind of money for a trip whatsoever.......
Do you have to be registered to take people for flips and ask some kind of fee?????? Any info????

You cannot use your microlight for commercial purposes. This includes flipping. If you want to take folks for a "flip" you need to be an instructor and then the flight is seen as an introductory flight or a lesson. Then and only then can you charge for these services

However there is nothing stopping the pax from donating funds to the well deserving 'Morph's Beer Biltong and Braai' fund   8)

I understand the new part 61 revision does make provision for commercial microlight usage.
