Saw ZS-WHY whilst there - now sold to Stan. Had a nice long chat with Stan, he's not new to the Mizers. As soon as this becomes my base, we'll be three Mizers over at Rhino.

Nothing flying wise happening at Rhino today - must be the wind. Let's go check out Bronkhorstspruitdam whist we're here.

Dam ahead. We did not dare fly to the downwind side of those koppies next to the dam before gaining some serious altitude! Instead we few to the upwind side to ride the strong updraughts to gain some more altitude. Worked very well!

Landing back at Siera Romeo. Watch the rotors from those trees! Seems like the wind always blows from those trees over here. This is where I gain more respect every day for my Mizer - Well done Bert!!!

Safe on the ground. Another excellent flying day with my family! Man, this is the way to do it.

Thank you once again Rhinopark for your hospitality. Agent, missed you once again - man, when will I catch you over there? Next weekend we move house, will most likely not be able to visit you then. Please plead my case for a hangar over there, would you?

Henni,

why do you fly from the Right seat :?: Is it because youare used to the throttle being in the left hand :?:

Hi Morph,

Yes, after so many hours in the MX's & MAC CDL's with the throttle in the left hand it feels just natural for me. Throttle left & stick right = just right for me! Brake lever is located to the bottom left & thats the only akward moment for me. I'll move over to my side soon.

Man, I love this Mizer more with every weekend. Getting more & more used to fly at the higher RPM settings - soon this will also be like 2nd nature to me.

Stan tells me that ZS-WHY cruises at the same speed as mine - so older MKII not so far behind the newer ones plus I really like the better visibility provided by the more open cockpit.

Keep well,

Henni
