It was in the D200, northern sector 4500ft, southern sector 2000ft - this was at <2000ft if I remember correctly.

Yes, when we departed from Sutherland it was bloody cold. I had on - t-shirt, thermal vest, thin sweater, wooly sweater, flightsuit and my Jeep "canvas" jacket. Which meant for the leg from Sutherland to Porterville it was only on the descend that I could get to my camera in my flightsuit pocket for some pictures. But see the website.

Off for a holiday, and during this time Microlight Guru Johan Froneman will be doing maintenance and getting my Authority to Fly sorted for the next year. At Morningstar a southerly, allowing me to take off in 42 meters, then over the D200 to Saldanha into a headwind, over the facinating Langebaan Lagoon. (1:30)
