Less airspace for us to fly in in Western Cape?

Reported on AVCOM.

Or is it just because of the number of trikes at Wintervogel that oom Andries is aspiring to become a ATC?

I just spoke to Agent who is involved in a different development near Malmesbury for an Aviation Estate. He is not involved in this one but tells me this application is not yet in to CAA and the land targetted is a sand mine with mining contracts for the next 10 years at least. So this is a long way off.

He promises to keep us posted of this one.

Where exactly? I heard close to Kalbaskraal - which will mean the end of FAWF and probably D200 as well?

Hold all your horses folks and just believe me when I say that once we start building it will be the smartest aviation estate in the country, trust me.

This will be the view from the top of the land and the runway will run parralell to the road for a minimum of 1800 meters, tar, lights, clubhouse, hangers, houses and lots more. And look at the beautiful right hand downwind area of zero one.
