Must be this global warming thing - in 50 years time you Joburg house might be beach front property :shock:

Should cool down by weekend, hopefully we'll get some rain to settle things...

Hi
I wish i was there. Nice temps unfortunately last time i flew it was 1 degree. Very smooth but id rather have the thermals and warmth.

Vryburg reported 41, but feels plenty higher. Tar melting in streets :shock: :shock: . Was going to head out this arvie, but possibly sleep on it and fly in the cooler (30deg C) morning. :twisted:

Had to do some circuit training yesterday at 15:30. The 914 overheated on the second circuit. :cry: Waited till 17:45. Weather was brilliant then - great flying. :D

Some useless info: Heard on the news yesterday, a conference in Washington DC, on global warming, and the effects there of, had to be cancelled.............because of a blistering snow storm. :roll: Traffic was disrupted and representatives couldn't make it to the venue, because of the terrible cold. :shock:

That would make Density Alt in FAVB today in region of 8332 feet :shock: :shock: :shock: More than double the actual elevation :wink:

Well went out today for a flight and was probably BEST weather I've ever flown in. Perfectly still, one up although I didn't notice my water temp was like two up. Other than that sheer bliss! Landed close to 7pm.

Sorry for all you guys wanting some rain..... :?
I just ordered more sunshine for the next coupla days because I'm about to do concrete and then Marblite (pool plaster) in a new pool I'm building for a customer. I don't need rain right now :shock:

Well I see rain is forecast tonight between 00h00 and 06h00, with highest chance being 03h00 :roll:

For you Duck lets hope is doesn't rain, for the others lets hope it does, my pool needs topping up :wink:
