New Year's Resolutions

Postby Tumbleweed » Sun Dec 31, 2006 11:31 am

Yip, that time again. So, tomorrow, I give up smoking.

Normally, morning after, feel crap anyway, but after 12h00, the kids and dogs go into hiding. Popping the pills, ready for 'mind rattle'.

One of the best deterrants is to do stuff where you can't smoke i.e. flying.

Decided, if I last till June. gonna spoil myself big time

Have given up drinking until I loose enough weight.

Last dop was on 24.12.06

Now the Bantam must become a full 2 seater again.

I can second this - Zyban works, ask me (Ex 30 a day) - I was the only student at Petit who ever had to land for a smoke during training, and I quit using Zyban
