I was just to slow to take a photo of the twin that raced across the sky in order to stay ahead of this lot :shock:

Very beautiful BUT deadly. I think they are called “mumatos” and is actually the clouds under a “CB”. High winds will follow. Does anybody have more info about these?

Yep mammata, because they look like cows mammaries :shock: :lol:

These are sometimes found underneath large CB clouds and indicate slight downdraughts below the cloud as it entrains cloudy air downward before it can evaporate
