Hello everyone,

Have been off and on the forum for a month or two. Still haven't decided what to fly but will most likely be three-axis.

Have narrowed down my research to a couple of aircraft:

Fisher Mk11 (Aussie version of the Maxair Drifter)

Chinook Plus 2 (Canadian tandem-seat open cockpit "bush plane")

Kolb Firestar II (similar to the Fisher)

CGS Hawk ll

As you see I like tandem pusher aeries (for that big air feeling). But, I also like the DTA Voyageur trike .... Anyone know where to get a BMW GS 1150 motor and how much it would cost?

Any advice would be keenly welcome.

Thanks

Rooikat

Flew in my first trike last weekend at Crosswinds, was AWESOME.

Definitely want to buy one now and begin flying trikes.

Have been to La Mercy in Dec 2005, had my first flying eperience in a trike along the beach with a pilot from Israel, can't remember his name, but it was awesome!!

This guy was very proffesional and friendly, i felt that i was in capable hands and enjoyed the flight tremendously!!WHAT AN EXPERIENCE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
