Wintervogel

Postby Bacchus » Mon Oct 30, 2006 10:36 am

As of from this month, we are officialy hangered at Wintervogel. The place is all of a sudden full of trikes and a couple of blik aeries too. Oom Andries has done a great job on his farm ( the brand new hangers are finished)

to make us all feel very welcome, the facilities are 5 star. We really are a great bunch of people there ( apart from myself maybe!). So......on behalf of the Wintervogel clan we invite everybody to come and say hi whenever you are in our courters. For the "valies", wintervogel is just east of Paardeberg in the western cape. So dont try and visit us for a quick flip in a microlight on a saturday morning. We wont be there for dinner!

I know there,s a "brady bunch" flying in cape town. Now i will officially wait for a knick name for the "wintervogel clan". Any suggestions?......AND DONT BE NASTY! The winners will be announced on this forum after a formal meeting at a braai with (^^) with my partners in crime.

Thanks Oom Andries for everything and thanks to the guys who's already been there , Trygve, Dick, Shane etc who made us feel welcome!

A small but important spelling mistake.

Shouldn’t that be the "Brandy Bunch"?

I saw your new Trike on Friday!! Congratulations! Geez is she a babe or what??? With the stunning 'parking spots' at Wintervogel, she looks right at home. Missed you guys Friday night. :( Looking forward to many great flying- (and now at Wintervogel), socialising hours together. :D
