so, in other words, if i were to land in front of my house in tableview or take off from there i'm not breaking the law.... he he he he

no seriously, in which part are the rules for microlights defined. I have searched but usually come up against rules for ppl.

Everything that applies to a PPL applies to a microlight, with the following additions and exceptions:
