Could you please send a price, for a full system - excluded a v aerial, but including a radio, or options on radios, with power supply etc.

Pretty poor show for a take over bid, perhaps I need an alternative

I understand the frustration and please give us a chance to resolve it for you. I am not sure if you received my mail but I will send you another one. Please can you send me 1 unit that we will upgrade for you, and because of the delay, mis communication etc, We will do it for free, for you to test and let us know if you like the system with the changes. If all is ok, then we will proceed to quote you and upgrade the rest of your units.

With that said, we are having a little delay in setting up our manufacture and supply base hence the time taken, but I will personally concentrate on your units.
