Decent Wind socks

Postby kb » Tue Aug 22, 2006 9:03 am

Does anyone know were I can get decent wind socks, that are semi-resistant to the elements. We were sponsored 2 socks in december, and already they are beyond stuffed. We don't mind paying - for quality.

Hi there

We (the municapality) bought a very nice bright orange one. At the beggining of this year.

And i think we (the municipality) paid about R900 or so. Its huge you could even use it for a sleeping bag.lol

Enjoy your day

Windsocks for free!
My timexed wing covers have provided windsocks for AirAmerica AKA Abe's field for years. On a metereologoligaldidaday David Daniel said he spotted the 5m windsock from 5NM and landed straight-in downhill no problem.
