Breakfasts

Postby Robin Hood » Sat Aug 19, 2006 3:19 pm

You guys that all plan these breakfasts and coffees and whatnot. You should like the boere do at Viljoenskroon. I flew over to Raubie this morning to practice a quck touch and go on his farm. Touched down early - say 7am. Out rushes two tousle headed gents and say "Kom,kom jy moet kom gou koffie drink". Hour and a half and many wonderful flying stories later I had enjoyed boere coffee (made by Shaun), two pieces of steak with moerse lekker sous, two eggs and fried tomato smothered in cheese. With fuit juice yet. Could hardly get the Aquilla off the ground.

Came back home and had to do a two hour cycle trip to get the weight off a bit.

Baie dankie Raubie en Shaun - en spesiaal ook aan Raubie se vrou. Weet nie hoe het sy reg gekry om so mooi te lyk nadat ek hulle uit die bed gejaag het so vroeg nie!!

One of my lekkerste flips yet on a Saturday morning especially as it was so unexpected.

And I was the only guy flying at Klerksdorp - that will learn the other buggers!

A bit far for us but with a breakfast like that maybe we need the co-ords for the farm.
