That's a good price, if you need one of these!
Here is the price I paid recently for the CAP only, from Comet:

Oh, and by the way, that is the SECOND one in a year (see crack on picture below). These caps have a design/manufacturing flaw which allows them to crack between the threaded sleeve and the 'cap' part of the lid if you apply even the slightest pressure when tightening. Anything more than 'LIGHT finger-tight' causes the lid to crack. I complained vehemently to Comet and was told to 'pack my sarmies'; that I had 'over-tightened the lid'!John.com wrote:Insane!M64_Blaze wrote:

I now fly with the lid on my autolube oil container at a level of tightness which I feel really uncomfortable about!
By the way, the cap in your picture does not look like an original (it may be an older type), which by virtue of the issue raised above, is not a bad thing!

Re: Rotax Autolube bottle R450
I found the best way to prevent the cap from cracking is to cut a gasket from thin conveyor belt and place this over the threaded sleeve which then ebables the bottom of the cap to tighten on the gasket and not against the top of the threaded sleeve which causes the crack.
