Recieved Traffic fine
Today I received a speeding fine in the post with picture and all. What a laugh. The pic is so dark, I can just make out the top of a car. The bottom is completely black. The box to the right where the number is normally shown is completely black. If they think I will pay on that, they have another guess coming. I wanted to send that request for speed fine offence docket, but somehow or other I no longer have it. Can anyone help here.

I you want to contest it just pitch at the public prosecutor's office and show him. Plead stupidly and poverty and don't recall even driving that week.
Or you can do as the masses do and invoke your right to civil disobedience and lob it on the E tolls and other traffic photos collection. They seem content with living off the minority who pay and hope their comrades will recover some of the rest.

2. 2. The make and model and serial number(s) of the said apparatus;
2. 3. When and where the said apparatus was purchased;

4. All the calibration certificates, if any, in respect of the specific apparatus used and specifically the certificate current at the date and time of the alleged commission of the offence, allegedly by the Accused.

I have been traveling the same road for 10 years every weekend and over that time received about 70 spot summonses from various overweight traffic officials for minor defects.
Have never gone to the effort to pay any of them. Have just ignored them.
I have been stopped a few times at roadblocks where they have checked out if there are any warrants against my name...No warrants against me either.!!
Dont waste your time.

This coincides with a message I received a short while ago on my cell. A new intringement notice for (my old ID number) Log onto www.paymyfines.co.za. Just the fact that one cannot confirm what type of car it was, or the Reg number, because the quality of the picture, I am going to ignore it.

I've also recently recieved sms notifications from the same http://www.paymyfines.co.za for fines on the Hibiscus coast.
When I tried to register I didn't recieve a logon code. Looks like they are fishing big time.
My advise is to ignore it completely.
