Wanted :Lowrance 500 or Garmin 96/pilot111 or 196

I accidentally blew up my Area 500 (connected strait 12v !) and i doubt it could be fixed or can it? If anyone has a nice second hand one lying around i would be interested. Otherwise a Garmin 96, Pilot 111 or 196 would be good. I dont need anything fancy.
