Hi Andreas, I am focusing more on the Zen and neglecting the Calidus at the moment - I'd rather see her in the sky. There are quite a few tall pilots flying the Calidus. Come have a look.

Whirly, I should ask more because it is such a beautiful colour - pink gold. Looks bronze in certain light conditions.

A few questions if you dont mind;

Is this being sold through a commercial site , hence the VAT?
Where does the Calidus originate?
how does it compare to the Magni..handling etc
Does it have a transponder
I have a pphl, and lsa licence , other than training , what else..
Finally, where are you based

Very light and enclosed - feels turbulence a bit more and needs more rudder input than any other gyro I've flown. Not a problem just something to get used to.
No transponder
GPL required. Will get credit for some subjects

If you are close, or can make it to Pretoria, go visit Tinkerbell. Not because she's a lady, vhpy but because of her enthusiasm for the gyros. She can - will (nê Juanita) - take you for a flip in the Calidus and the side by side Zen, and all your questions will be answered - practically, and all this for a coke and a smile.

Be carefull though - might eventually be dangerous to your pocket. :wink:
