Fuel Tester

Postby JvTonder » Mon May 19, 2014 2:35 pm

Hi everyone,

Any one knows where I can buy a tester to check for ethanol? I know that Peter Smoothy of Air world in the UK sell the blue-bud kit or anything similar?

Regards
Jaco

Howzit boet --

No problem, haven't heard from Aidan yet - will chase him today, if not we are flying parameters tomorrow together.
NAvion is all good -- instruments are being finished and then its time to start. Will probably start the engine before the instruments are in, just need the basics for oil pressure, engine temp etc.

Otherwise everything else is done - bodywork is complete, cowls, glass, runners for the canopy, all fuel systems mechanical and electric, undercarriage, Nitrogen pumped into the stations... all ready to rock and roll!

HAHAHA for sure i will do so soon. The engine bay is looking nice and full now -- everything spotlessly clean -- but the rest of the plane is dusty, and since its polished, its not looking that grand, so ill wait till she has a bath before i post any pics.
